Warm Weather is Here!

With the heat finally coming, our pool is set to open up on Memorial Day weekend!  Whether you’re going for a dip or just soaking up the nice weather by relaxing poolside, there are plenty of ways to enjoy all that Muskegeon has to offer over the weekend!  

If you’re craving something more culture-centered then at noon today hop on down to Wonderland Distilling at 1989 Lakeshore Dr. to score one of their super limited bottles of Cask Strength Whiskey.  After grabbing your whiskey, catch the Kentucky Derby also hosted at Wonderland Distilling to watch the horses race at 6:50pm and hang out in your big hat until 10pm!  If for whatever reason your kids are uninterested in whiskey, the Getty Drive-In Theatre is having showings of movies from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm nightly!  The Getty Drive-In Theatre can be found at 930 E. Summit Ave. and tickets can be ordered on their website by clicking here!  After viewing the lakeside view from the pier head over to the Muskegon Art Museum at 296 W. Webster to see Tunis Ponsen’s “Yacht Club Pier” oil painting from 1931 and see how it compares to the Yacht Club Pier right outside your room.  Every event listed can be reached in under 20 minutes depending how quickly you walk to your car.  So what are you waiting for, explore all that Muskegeon has to offer while enjoying the beautiful lakeside view from our rooms.
